Mandy Pidgeon - Creative and Modern Dance

Mandy grew up dancing in NH, moved to Seattle to attend Cornish College of the Arts and recieved her BFA in Dance. She taught modern, ballet, creative dance and choreography as well as managed productions for Moco Arts, Keene NH. She was assistant and then Artistic Director of Northern Lights Dance Theatre, a young touring company. Mandy worked with Living Literature, an educational dance creation and performance program for children and teens. She has been a resident artist for elementary and middle schools, co-produced and choreographed for Scavengers of Infinite Commotion and performed in a variety of venues. Mandy now lives in Bellingham with her husband and two children. She has taught classes through Local-Motion and the WWU preparatory program, taught, danced and choreographed for Dance Gallery of Bellingham and choreographed for Bellingham Repertory Dance. Mandy is excited to share her love of movement with all ages.
